Freaking AMAZING! First of all, no one wants to jack up their home. But if you have to, these are the guys. Starting with James the sales guy… is an actual geologist. The guys that do the actual work get right down to business. The holes they dig are ridiculously deep and their entire bodies are inside of them. It’s crazy to watch. Augustine the supervisor came each day to make sure everything was going good and to wrap the job up. There was dirt and mud and holes in my concrete; a real mess. They left the site as good as the day before they started. Again amazing! In my over 60 years on this planet, I’ve worked with a lot of contractors and these guys are truly incredible to deal with, absolutely professional and each one of the crew was personable.

This company is great to work with. They showed up exactly at the time they scheduled and the interactions were very friendly and personable. They took all the measurements needed quickly and efficiently and gave me a list of recommendations to help keep my foundation in good condition. I was not charged for the inspection as there was no issues with my foundation. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of a foundation inspection.

As a non-native Texas dweller, we were pretty concerned that we might have a foundation issue when we noticed some brick facade pulling away from our house. Chris came out to inspect and was very thorough. I really appreciated his honesty when he said he didn't recommend any foundation repairs at this time, but instead gave me a list of gutter and brick contractors who could fix it for us instead. If or when we ever do have an issue, I would absolutely call Pinnacle again to do the work.
