Awesome experience with Pinnacle Foundation today! Grant came out to assess my foundation. He was honest about the work that was needed (and what was not) and gave me fair, valuable opinions. Found Pinnacle through a Reddit thread and now will be using Pinnacle going forward. Thank you Grant!!

I was able to get an appointment quick. Grant showed up and was on time, friendly, and did a thorough inspection of our home. The main thing was how honest Grant was. After the inspection, we do not need any foundation repair! Great news! Thank you Grand and Pinnacle Foundation for the inspection and honesty. I would highly recommend them!

We had some serious concerns about our foundation. I contacted Pinnacle and immediately received a response to schedule an appointment. Chris arrived promptly at the designated date/time and was polite and professional. He took the time to conduct a through evaluation of our foundation and provided an easy to understand explanation of his findings. I was impressed with the entire experience and would recommend them to anyone that has concerns about their home's foundation.

I haven't had any actual work completed done as of yet but felt that Pinnacle Foundation needs a review based on getting a quote for some potential foundation work. Scheduling was a breeze and they were able to come out quickly under an option period on a potential house we were interested in buying.Brian P. was the technician consultant. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and even wanted to get onsite earlier than the scheduled time, which was a super bonus if you ask me since we were under a time crunch.The details were explained very well in in the survey and findings on the house with the quote all sent the same day for review.I really appreciated the expertise and knowledge Brian has along with what seemed as a no nonsense approach, they're not out to haggle you for your business, they just want to get the job done right that works for the client, even if you don't end up using them.With that said and the impressions they gave, any foundation work I'll happily use Pinnacle moving forward.

Over the holidays I had tiles popping up and reached out to Pinnacle Foundation for some answers. They responded promptly and we set up a visit. Robby showed up on time and was very thorough in checking out any issues I might have. He was prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, honest and respectful of my property. Fortunately for me, there were no issues with my foundation, but I feel confident that Pennacle would be my first choice in foundation repair.

The Pinnacle service technician made an evaluation of our foundation and discovered a small issue that might be related to plumbing. He was honest and wanted to help us solve our problem. He referred me to a trustworthy plumbing professional and now I have a path to solve our issue. I would highly recommend Pinnacle and trustworthy with a lot of expertise.

We research hours on end for the best company to do the best job per our situations. Let me begin by saying I was nervous at first, now followed by total promotion of this company. Read reviews and researched, then made the call for estimate and never called back.First contact was with Kristen(very polite and courteous), she took info and made appointment for rep to come and talk to me about process. Made multiple calls and texts to confirm appointment. Never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. After talking to her for about 5-10 minutes she started to best decision I have made. She even called me back to make sure everything was going smoothly and if I needed extra support.Keith was the next contact (face to face) field rep. Showed up on time and made multiple calls to confirm appointment, just in case I needed to reschedule. Came talked me through the whole process before getting started. Educated me from start to finish. Did follow up calls from beginning of process all the way through and even after work was completed.Now the day of worked has arrived the crew that showed called with window arrival. Everyone on crew was courteous and polite. They were very easy to get along with. We did a recap of job, check list of things working (sprinkler system) and careful with my things and patio. Then the crew got started. Now granite my foundation was not to bad, I caught it in time but still needed to be adjusted. When crew was ready for another measure for exact leveling enters Marcos.Marcos came in and talked to crew first to get update before talking to me which was perfect. Timing and foundation adjustment is critical. Remeasures levels and communicates with crew and me through whole process of what is happening. After all the adjusting, Marco talks to me while crew outside still working and cleaning and mixing new concrete like a magic show. Marcos experience along with crew made this experience lasting. Marcos even has reached out after job to make sure everything is good. The crew with their experience and knowledge made the process and cleanup even better than when they arrived. The crew was clean, courteous and thorough.Now for the owner of this great company. The employees you have acquired over the years cannot be replaced.Robert/Robby, I wish to express my experience and compassion with you on the first contact from Kristen, Keith, Marcos and the crew. The texts and emails with names and faces that would show up for repair from start to finish result in this review that cannot express my sheer gratitude. Your employees definitely need a raise. Even my father said he couldn't believe the work that was performed. Your company will always have my business from now and in the future. I will promote your company without hesitation. We had Keith come out twice to our house to go over foundation issues. Unlike other companies who came out and gave us a quote in only a few minutes and not much discussion of options, Keith spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood everything. They weren’t cheapest, but I felt the most comfortable with them.The crew was very nice, and did a great job. We’re pleased with the results, and recommend Pinnacle, although I hope to never need to go through foundation repair again.
