I would definitely recommend Pinnacle Foundation Repair to everyone! I knew this company was the one after several companies came out to give us an estimate. Jacob and his crew are very professional, honest and caring. I have a ton of animals and they worked with us! They are super quick and efficient with their time! They were inside (in every room) and all around the outside of my house and completed the work lifting my house in 3 days. The clean up was immaculate and they put my flowerbed back together nicely! They are the best foundation company ever!

I had an amazing experience with Pinnacle Foundation and the owner, Robby Brown! They were professional and communicative about the process from start to finish and answered any calls or emails with questions promptly. I had to have 23 piers put in with some of those on the inside. I was very nervous about having foundation repair and had 5 estimates from different companies as well as an independent engineer. Pinnacle impressed me and won my business because the owner came out in person with a GPR device that allows them to map where the rebar is so they know where to put the piers. With him doing this I found out the other companies were going to put piers in where they did not need to go (no rebar), which would destroy flooring in certain areas of the house unnecessarily, and cost me a lot more money. I was very impressed with him taking the time to do this and this built my trust and confidence in them. My house was built on a fill lot , which caused a lot of foundation issues for me with the poor soil and required additional work covered by warranty. Robby Brown and his team were with me through the whole process and I always felt supported and confident. I would highly recommend them and this is the only company I would ever use for foundation repair.

They came to evaluate the foundation of my property, performed the task with utmost professionalism and provided all the data results related to the measurements conducted during their visit. Then proceeded to give advise on my next steps, which at the time was to call them again in 12 months to do another revision. There was no fee for the evaluation nor did they try to sell any other service as they were very upfront in telling me that I did not need them for the time being. Will definitely call them again in the future.

We are very pleased with the work we received from pinnacle foundation. We ended up having to get piers installed as well as mud jacking to fix our foundation. For the first time ever in the 11 years we lived in this house all of our doors shut. James was very informative and professional throughout the whole process.
