There are a lot of Foundation Companies to consider if foundation repair or evaluation is needed. I called 3 before Pinnacle and received evaluations, but none were consistent making me wonder if the evals were accurate even after requesting an explanation. Pinnacle came out and they provided an indepth explanation of the issues found, what may be causing the problem and backed it with expert facts. They answered many questions that I asked until I felt confident I understood everything. They have a certified Geologist on their team and have a very thorough understanding of the soil and ground in Texas plus significant experience recognizing mild to significant issues and offer solutions that make sense not just money for them.

I've had Pinnacle inspect my property but have not done any repairs. However, I'm writing this to commend Pinnacle and Luis Perez on their honesty and professionalism. I had a big name company do an inspection previously and was provided a dire assessment of foundation issues and an estimate with several zeroes.I then decided to contact Pinnacle for a second opinion. Luis inspected the property and told me that no repairs were needed at this time. I followed up with a phone call and Luis took the time to go over his findings and explain why no repairs were warranted.It is refreshing to find a company that is honest and customer centered and I would absolutely use Pinnacle and Luis if the need ever comes up.

My coworker recently mentioned he had to get his foundation repaired by Pinnacle Foundation Repair (PFR) and had a great experience with this company.After seeing some potential issues around my house, I figured I would reach out to PFR to see how bad the damage was at my place.It was super simple to setup an appointment. Grant reached out the day of the appointment and mentioned he can still keep the original appointment time but was in the area and could swing by earlier (which worked extremely well for me since I work from home a majority of the time).Grant showed up on the newly agreed time and listened to all my concerns. Very personable guy. After performing all the readings (which didn't take that much time at all), he mentioned my foundation was fine.After asking how I could fix some of the hairline cracks in a few of the bricks, he recommended a brick mason he's worked with before.Super happy with Grant's honesty and his willingness to provide contacts (even though PFR didn't provide that type of service directly).If I ever run into a foundation issue in the future, I'll definitely use them in the future because of people like Grant.
