    I had 4 foundation companies provide me with estimates for my foundation repair. Each one was professional, but Brian with Pinnacle was especially helpful and answered the many questions I had regarding the entire process. Their scope of work made the most sense, and the price was more competitive than other companies. Pinnacle worked with my schedule, and when they had an opening for a few days earlier than scheduled, it worked out even better for me.
    On the day the digging began, Arturo, Daniel, and his crew arrived on time, again explained the work they would be doing, and got right to work. They worked very hard, and quickly - digging 17 holes in total. At the end of the first day, Eleazar came by to ask if I had any other questions, and explained how the rest of the process would go with lifting my foundation back into place. What was scheduled tentatively for 3 days took the crew only 2 days, and what impressed me most was the thorough clean up they did, and their attention to detail when replacing my paver stones and plants. At the end of the 2nd day, they lifted the foundation into place and were able to close all the cracks in the floors and walls (and got our bedroom door to finally close, which it hadn't done since last August). Eleazar went over water mitigation plans to keep the foundation from moving further, and spent extra time answering the many questions I had.
    Overall, I had an excellent experience with Pinnacle Foundation Repair and would highly recommend them for their fantastic customer service and exceptional work!

We are happy to visit your home, review your builder warranty packet with you and explain the claim process. It is not advised to schedule site visits with multiple foundation repair companies to assess your foundation's performance when under the builder's warranty. The builder warranty company will not consider these repair plans and will only work with a third-party forensic structural engineer to assess your home's foundation performance. They also utilize that engineering firm to identify the scope of repair work the warranty will cover. Following that determination, the warranty company will schedule the foundation repair companies that they work with to provide quotes. Once a settlement is reached, it has been our experience that you can contact foundation repair companies to provide a quote from the engineer's identified scope of repair work.     I 100% recommend this company! The team under Eleazar was very respectful and hardworking. They communicated with me along the way brought the process and they thoroughly cleaned the house. I was expecting there to be dust everywhere that I would clean afterward. In walking around barefoot and don’t feel any debris.     Post from July 2024: Carlos was very professional in scheduling the appointment and also letting me know of his estimates arrival time. I was worried about shifting in my house and he thoroughly explained what was likely happening and also gave me some external references to address the issue.     I asked Pinnacle Foundation Repair to come out last week. We bought our home in 2023 knowing that it came with previous foundation repairs, and when I saw a crack on the side of the house I instantly got stressed. Jason came out, took some measurements around my house and let me know that there was nothing wrong with the foundation of the home. He really took the time to explain the real reason for the crack on the side of the house, explained that the repairs that were done prior to us buying were working, and told me he wasn’t going to sell me something I didn’t need. Jason also explained that since we were going to sell later this year, it would be worth having a structural engineer out to the home to give us a form stating the foundation was good just as a form of verification for future buyers (to ease their worries), and that regarding the damage on the side of the house we just needed a masonry company to come out make some minor repairs for aesthetics. I couldn’t be more pleased with this company. They came and reassured my worries, didn’t try to take advantage of me. If I DID have problems in the future, this is who I’d pick to come work on my home. Thanks, Jason.

    Pinnacle foundation repair was highly professional and worked with me on adjusting the amount of work performed and discounts / price over multiple calls and a very in depth scan of my home by Jason C. I had three other companies provide complete scans and quotes for comparison before choosing this company. Kristen was super easy to work with scheduling and providing payment options / processes. She was also super responsive and had a very friendly customer service tone that made me feel like they really do care about my home and experience.
    A huge crew came out and were extremely polite and did amazing work in half the time they originally stated (dug out many pillar tunnels/ holes and cut through a concrete entryway). They went through my entire home during the foundation lifting process to ensure every room was within a tenth of an inch from their targets. They even checked every door and window to ensure everything was working perfectly before they left. I will be recommending them for a long, long time. Fantastic job and crew, the owner should be proud.

    I don't leave many reviews, but in this case I felt it was incumbent upon me to share our experience. Pinnacle really came through for us during our foundation repair. Our project was a very large one, 4800 square foot slab, requiring a full under pen (88 piers). We got bids from six different foundation companies before we chose Pinnacle. Heather was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process. Pinnacle really delivered. Most companies over promise and under deliver, not Pinnacle. Everything they said they would do they did. Our foundation is now as good as new. The crews were outstanding. Jesse, Eleazer, and Roy are top-notch. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. They were very professional. After the work was completed, an independent engineer inspected Pinnacles work. The work passed inspection with flying colors. If you're having foundation issues, I recommend Pinnacle Foundation without any reservation.

    I spent about 15 hours absorbing as much education as I could from numerous sales pitches.

    I settled on Pinnacle because talking to Jason, he had inspected multiple different company’s work as an independent engineer.. I got a really good feel for what different companies are doing, and then he told me something no one else had:

    I had two concrete slabs independent of the foundation on my back porch and they had dropped.

    Other companies tried to sell me a solution. Jason from Pinnacle gave me an honest assessment that those solutions wouldn’t work, and the best thing I could do is bust up those slabs and start over.

    And Pinnacle was actually the most affordable choice, but I was already convinced by their capabilities and honesty and their warranty.

It's a big project and very expensive to fix your foundation so the face that he was patient and respectful was huge. The promptness, quality of work and timeliness were great.
