Please read whole review.When it comes to foundation has homeowners it feels scary of not knowing what all is involved, especially when it is your first time. We research hours on end for the best company to do the best job per our situations. Let me begin by saying I was nervous at first, now followed by total promotion of this company. Read reviews and researched, then made the call for estimate and never called back.First contact was with Kristen(very polite and courteous), she took info and made appointment for rep to come and talk to me about process. Made multiple calls and texts to confirm appointment. Never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. After talking to her for about 5-10 minutes she started to best decision I have made. She even called me back to make sure everything was going smoothly and if I needed extra support.Keith was the next contact (face to face) field rep. Showed up on time and made multiple calls to confirm appointment, just in case I needed to reschedule. Came talked me through the whole process before getting started. Educated me from start to finish. Did follow up calls from beginning of process all the way through and even after work was completed.Now the day of worked has arrived the crew that showed called with window arrival. Everyone on crew was courteous and polite. They were very easy to get along with. We did a recap of job, check list of things working (sprinkler system) and careful with my things and patio. Then the crew got started. Now granite my foundation was not to bad, I caught it in time but still needed to be adjusted. When crew was ready for another measure for exact leveling enters Marcos.Marcos came in and talked to crew first to get update before talking to me which was perfect. Timing and foundation adjustment is critical. Remeasures levels and communicates with crew and me through whole process of what is happening. After all the adjusting, Marco talks to me while crew outside still working and cleaning and mixing new concrete like a magic show. Marcos experience along with crew made this experience lasting. Marcos even has reached out after job to make sure everything is good. The crew with their experience and knowledge made the process and cleanup even better than when they arrived. The crew was clean, courteous and thorough.Now for the owner of this great company. The employees you have acquired over the years cannot be replaced.Robert/Robby, I wish to express my experience and compassion with you on the first contact from Kristen, Keith, Marcos and the crew. The texts and emails with names and faces that would show up for repair from start to finish result in this review that cannot express my sheer gratitude. Your employees definitely need a raise. Even my father said he couldn't believe the work that was performed. Your company will always have my business from now and in the future. I will promote your company without hesitation. We had Keith come out twice to our house to go over foundation issues. Unlike other companies who came out and gave us a quote in only a few minutes and not much discussion of options, Keith spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood everything. They weren’t cheapest, but I felt the most comfortable with them.The crew was very nice, and did a great job. We’re pleased with the results, and recommend Pinnacle, although I hope to never need to go through foundation repair again.

Pinnacle foundations did a great job. Keith did a great jod explaining repairs needed and followup after the job was completed. The whole team did a great job.

Pinnacle Foundation recently did an extensive foundation repair for my house. They did a great job from the beginning to the end. Keith provided the estimate and explained all the steps throughly. He followed up during the project and answered my questions. All the crew and supervisors were very professional and did a great job on prep work and clean up after the completion.

Keith came out today and was was professional, also on time! He gave me some very good advice and answered all of my questions!

Keith and his staff are great and knowledgeable . They got my house fixed in one day.

Grant came out to check our foundation. We have some cracked tiles and a small crack visible in the foundation on the outside of the house. He told us that there is some movement but not enough to recommend repairs at this time. We appreciate his honesty and will certainly contact Pinnacle if things get worse!

Pinnacle Foundation Repair just completed my foundation lift. They were excellent from start to finish. Chris in Sales provided a free estimate and after I collected 4 more estimates, I chose Pinnacle. Their communication was excellent throughout the whole process.My home needed 19 piers including one interior. This would require removing some flooring and jack hammering. I was very concerned about this. But Chris at Pinnacle gave me some options and I chose a tunnel from the outside. That made the whole process much less stressful for me. And spoiler alert: I had no damage as a result of the repair. My floors are intact. Whew.Pano and the crew were so hard working, polite, professional, and did a great job cleaning up after the work. There is an enormous amount of dirt that has to be removed and they laid tarps, kept the piles neat and put everything back. The whole repair took 3 days. You can’t tell the work was done unless you’re specifically looking to find a little disturbed earth.Marcos coordinated the lift and took measurements before, during, and after the lift until he got it right where he needed it to be. He asked which areas I was particularly concerned about so he could keep a special eye out for those. That was impressive.You rarely get a company that does excellent work and provides consistent customer service. Pinnacle was that for me. I highly recommend.

We knew our house had foundation issues and consulted with multiple foundation companies over the years. Pinnacle's recommendation on pier installation locations, their steel pressed pilings, and finding the location of the beams with GPR even during their first visit impressed us. Also Justin Tucker responded to our additional questions and concerns in a timely manner, via phone calls and text messages. We really saw the brick cracks close when they lifted the foundation. Also post pier installation, they had Engineering and Plumbing companies arrive to do further tests. I highly recommend Pinnacle Foundation and they are experts in what they do.
