    We are pleased that we selected Pinnacle Foundation Repair for our home. From Jason, the engineer who evaluated our foundation, to Christin, who followed up with us after the repair, we were advised and kept informed about every aspect of the repair.
    On the first day of the two-day repair, Jacob, the team liaison, explained what his team was to do. Eleazar, the supervising engineer, conferred with all of us and confirmed the work to be done. The entire installation team worked together to install the pilings efficiently. They brought the house together, and Eleazar monitored the lift to the perfect point where the openings in the wall and the floor closed.
    The next day, Mr. Mireles, an inspector from Hollingsworth Pack Consultants, ensured that the pilings were properly installed. Roy brought the completion crew that filled in the ground openings to access the support points identified by Jason. The crew then carefully placed cement over the openings in the driveway and the porch. The house and yard were left clean and orderly.
    When everything was completed, Roy explained what to expect, giving us a time to wait to allow the house to settle before we do any structural repairs.
    After, Christin called us to answer any questions and offered to be the point of contact if any problems arise.
    Throughout the whole repair, Pinnacle Foundation Repair was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly with any concerns we may have had.
