Pinnacle was a great company to work with and has a great product with the double steel concrete filled pressed pilings. Grant was very personable spent time giving us a great initial inspection and repair plan. Kristen was a great contact person and kept me informed of progress and follow up. The crews showed up on time with about 12 workers who went right to work. They all seemed competent and friendly. Alfredo and Agustin, the crew chief and work supervisor went over the plan with me and made sure he and the crew understood our concerns about new French Drains around the work areas. Agustin kept the work on track and ensured it was completed to our satisfaction. I was very impressed.

We reached out to Pinnacle Foundation Repair, after seeing a small crack in an exterior wall. One of our friends had used their services a couple of years ago, and has told us of their excellent experience with Pinnacle.
Pinnacle's Keith Karpp came in for inspecting, explained the process and performed measurements in and around the house. He then outlined a plan to fix the issue and explained related details.
Jose Pineda and the repair crew were punctual and professional. Work was completed in a timely manner.
Tiffany and Kristen were very responsive in addressing and helping resolve sink-holes that had emerged due to heavy rains right after the repairs were completed. Keith too called and assured that such sink-holes are very common and do not present structural risk to the repairs.
Foundation repairs are never fun or cheap. However, if and when that is needed, I would count on Pinnacle to do an excellent job.

Barrett came to my house today and did a foundation inspection. He said the pier and beam foundation was in good shape and didn't need any repair.
