First of all, the representative, Justin, was polite, professional and on time! He did a free evaluation of my home for foundation problems and actually said that my home was one of the most stable homes he has ever seen. Wow! What good news that was to hear but how many companies would perform a free service and then be completely upfront and honest admitting no service was required. I could not have been more satisfied with Pinnacle Foundation Repair!!!!!!

I’m been in Real Estate for 25 years, my buyers put a house under contract. The inspector recommended to have the foundation looked at , Mr Weaver , came out to look over the foundation. It was a pier and beam foundation, after about a hour or so , he went over the condition of the foundation.He recommended needed repairs and repairs that wasn’t urgent. He noted improvements that had been done previously. The Texas soil has movement , so foundations frequently come up during the home inspection. Mr Weaver is not a salesman of foundation repair, he is very knowledgeable about foundations, more like a teacher. Unfortunately, the buyer moved on to another house.The interaction with Mr Weaver was a learning experience and I highly recommend him if your wanting a fair and honest assessment of the condition of a foundation. This is a assessment from a realtor not from a expert in foundations

After all of his measurements were complete, chatted with us length about our home. The great news is that he did not recommend foundation repair. In fact, he suggested that piers could lead to unnecessary problems..
This was welcome news to us.

Having had a bad experience with another foundation company a few years ago, I decided to give Pinnacle an opportunity to fix my foundation issues. Working Barrett to discuss the issues and formulate a plan was nothing short of fantastic. He explained the job in great detail and their quote came in $9k less than the bidders.

The team that showed was fantastic at what they did. Victor (operations mgr.) came onsite and explained what would be done over the next 2.5 days and what to expect. My situation required work inside and out, but the contained the dust and dirt inside very well. They completed the job on time and on budget.

One of the most impressive things was how they cleaned up, inside and out. I had absolutely nothing to do after they left. This was in stark contrast to what I experienced with the previous company I used.
