    We had Jacob from Pinnacle come out to check our foundation because we were concerned about cracks in the garage, driveway and patio. Jacob checked everything and took measurements. He was very friendly, thorough, and professional. After taking measurements, he showed us that the foundation was well within tolerances and that the cracks were more than likely caused by natural rising and settling due to heat and rain. We really appreciated his visit and we will call Pinnacle again for any other foundation concerns.

    After taking the level measurements we realized the area under question was actually higher than the rest of the house, not lower as would be expected. This was double checked and I confirmed with a level. Because of this Jacob recommended to hold off on any repair and recheck again in the summer when the soil is dryer. So I would strongly recommend Pinnacle to do your evaluation. They will not just sell you piers. He also recommended improving the drainage in that area.
