    Jacob from Pinnacle came out today - on time and prepared. I received an email letting me know of his arrival. He was professional and personable as we walked around the house and as we went through the house taking foundation readings. He answered my nervous homeowner questions as we went along. After all the readings were taken he went through the report with me in detail and offered his insight as to what he was seeing. As it turns out, while there were some differences in foundation height, there wasn’t anything that concerned him or needed to be addressed. And he didn’t try to sell me on anything! Great guy, great job. Thanks.

    We reached out to Pinnacle Foundation Repair after noticing some cracks in our exterior stucco walls that made us concerned about our foundation. They scheduled an inspection quickly, and Jacob arrived right on time.What we really appreciated was their honesty. Instead of recommending expensive repairs like some other companies may have, they thoroughly inspected the foundation and assured us that the cracks were not structural. They explained that it was likely just slight movement, which is common with pier and beam foundations. He took measurements throughout our home and we plan to have them return when the weather warms up for comparison.It was refreshing to work with a company that prioritized honesty over profit.     I had some cracks in a one of my bedroom walls as well as a crack in my ceiling, so I called Pinnacle to take a look and make some recommendations for me. The cracks weren't especially egregious, but they bothered me. After taking elevation measurements and looking over the inside and outside of the house, Grant joked that he would happily take my money and install piers, but seriously said I didn't need them. The foundation had settled less than one inch and it wasn't worth the the risk or money to install new piers. Whenever a company turns away business in the interest of the customer, I have to respect that. Thank you, Grant.
