Elisha Lane with Pinnacle Foundation showed up for our appt right on time. She made measurements throughout the house to determine high/low spots, and explained the process thoroughly. Outside cracks were noted to determine some foundation problems. She was very professional and really understood foundation repair, and came with up-to-date tools to measure and determine where piers would be most valuable. We decided where were the locations I considered most important to stabilize the foundation. I was very satisfied with her findings and we got the work scheduled. I thought the final estimate $ amount very fair. Great experience.

We've noticed some cracks and popping nails around the house so we wanted to get an evaluation since our house is about 20 years old. I found Pinnacle as a high rated business in a Google search and scheduled an appointment. Calling and scheduling was a breeze. We just got done with our appointment with Elisha Lane. Ok don't hate me for saying that I was skeptical when she walked in (blame the patriarchy) but yall! Oh my goodness! Super friendly, listened to alllll our concerns and got all the information she needed from us before she did the inspection. She was very thorough in explaining exactly what her findings were, what it means, what her recommendations are. She provided above and beyond information beyond foundation (watering schedule and other possible reasons for some of the issues), answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. She is exceptional and we ended up canceling our other appointments (it's like doctors, get a 2nd opinion right?) cuz we trust her and her assessment. Luckily we are ok for now, but in the future, we will trust Elisha at Pinnacle for any concerns and highly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional, expert, friendly, thorough evaluation for their peace of mind too!
