Barrett did a fantastic job with the foundation evaluation of our home. There was no high pressure sales pitch about some kind of extreme fix. He did a comprehensive review of the levels around the home and determined there was nothing to be done. 10/10 work and would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone with foundation concerns or questions.

I had Jacob from Pinnacle Foundation come out to inspect my home, and I couldn't be more impressed. He arrived right on time, was enthusiastic, professional, and very polite throughout the entire visit. He performed a thorough inspection and, instead of trying to sell me unnecessary repairs, honestly told me that my foundation didn't need any work. We had 4 companies give us bids for the 9 piers that we needed. There was a large difference in prices and products. We do not like to have to spend a lot of money more than once for the same repair so we CAREFULLY read each bid and asked a lot of questions. Keith at Pinnacle gave us a lot of information and it matched what we had already been learning in our research. We went with Pinnacle over another similar bid partly because the process (and money) you would have had to spend to even put in a warranty claim was obviously to protect them from ever doing a warranty repair. Pinnacle's warranty claim process is very easy and does not require any work or money on our part. That tells us that they truly stand behind their product. They did a wonderful job. Finished in one day. No mess in our house with the one internal pier we needed. Easy to get a hold of people. Great customer service. We enthusiastically recommend Pinnacle!

Brian Berkstresser came to my home yesterday for the initial analysis of the home foundation. I have been seeing some issues on the walls and floors (cracks) and wanted to get an idea of how bad the issue was. Brian was very friendly and informative. I had gotten and evaluation a few years prior from the builders and was able to give that information to Brian so that he could compare to what he could see now. We did a full walkthrough of the home, inside and out and he took photos of any issues he could see. Then he did a full set of measurements throughout all of the house and set it all up on his tablet, comparing the current measurements with the previous ones from the builders. He showed me how the movement of the foundation of the house had progressed since the last measurements and explained everything very clearly, even showing me other cases so that I would have an idea of how my home compared to others. He then presented me with different options for dealing with the issues and the costs associated with each. He clearly explained what each option entailed and made recommendations based on what he thought was best for my case. I like the fact that, even though he did explain to me the most aggressive and costly option, he did not think that my situation really merited going this route, which made me feel like he was not trying to oversell or pressure me into anything. he took his time and made sure I understood everything. I even forgot to ask him something and gave him a call a few minutes after he had left and he quickly took my call and answered my question. It all felt like having a very knowledgeable good friend coming over and helping me out. I can definately see why they get all the good reviews. As soon as we get this project going and done, I will update on the full experience. But for now, they get full marks! Thanks Brian!

Jacob came out to check our foundation in Allen for issues as we started noticing some sticking doors and small cracks. He was on time, and once here worked quickly to assess the situation. After assuring us the foundation was in good shape, he even took the time to walk around the outside of the house and give me some tips on how to make sure we don’t have issues in the future. Great company, and ask for Jacob - treats his job with the professionalism you’d hope for.

Pinnacle Foundation was thorough with their evaluation of the work to be done at our clubhouse. They brought skill, reliability and professionalism to our job site. All that said, the workers arrived early, worked hard the entire days with few rest breaks. They kept the work areas clean, didn’t scatter trash nor water bottles around on the property. The 50+ year old building had 7” drop in flooring due to a major crack in the foundation that extended from one side to the other. We are thrilled that the foundation is now level and the doors open and close properly. A neighbor recommended Pinnacle Foundation Repair, I'm glad we chose them for our work, and I’m happy to also recommend them for any kind of repair you may need.
