Pinnacle Pillars of Excellence
5-Star Rating
We’re the only foundation repair company in DFW with a five star Google rating. And we aim to keep it. We earn every star through high quality work, constant communication, and radical respect for homeowners. Boom.
Radically High Quality Material
We only use materials that meet the Pinnacle standard. We also utilize a double walled system to prevent pier deformation. And we’re the only company that fills the pipe with cement to prevent corrosion and pier system failure. Did we mention we help you sleep better at night?
Radically Transparent
Around here, we’re always on the level. We take the time to explain problems and possible solutions in plain language, walk you through the process, and answer all your questions throughout the project. To make communication even easier, your home evaluator is also your main point of contact throughout. Radically simple? You bet.
Reliable, In House Staff and Crews
Subcontractors often do jobs quickly, cheaply, and messily, never to be heard from again. Wrong on every level. By contrast, everyone on our in house team is punctual, thorough, radically honest, and respectful of your property. Your home is your sanctuary. And we treat it that way.
Third Party Structural Engineer Approval

I scheduled 3 different companies for free estimates on the same day because I started noticing small cracks in the exterior brick walls. The first one was Pinnacle. Barrett came to check my foundation using special tools and very thoroughly. He was very polite and professional. I was nervous because foundation repairs cost a lot of money. Just a reminder that my house is 27 years old. Barrett said " you don't need foundation repairs. Your house is perfectly fine" What a relief!!. I would 100% recommend Pinnacle for foundation repairs because of their integrity and honesty. Many companies don't operate like Pinnacle. I found Pinnacle from Google reviews, and I now know these reviews are 100% accurate. Thank you, Barrett and Pinnacle company.

Brian was assigned to come out to conduct inspection. He was on time and explained everything clearly. He advised my home did not at the time need foundation repair. He did recommend to have the home be evaluated again in October to verify how much the home has moved. He had high tech devices and I believe this company is very honest and not just looking to take money and do repairs. I would recommend them and I know I will request Brian to be my adjuster in October

Barrett was very helpful and information on a foundation inspection we had done on a property we were looking to purchase. He was very thorough and made us aware of major issues that we would not have known based on a basic inspection. I 100% recommend Barrett for all of your foundation concerns!

Brian Berkstresser came out today to assess damage that I was seeing inside and outside the house. He did a very thorough job of gathering data, taking measurements etc. He was able to determine the cause and offer a couple of different options. I believe he was very honest in explaining the options, benefits and costs associated with each. They have not done any work yet but I trust Brian to be an honest expectation of the work to be done, not by a sub contractor but by Pinnacle employees.

Jacob came out to perform the free foundation inspection, and I was very impressed with his professionalism and expertise. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, explain his findings in a clear and understandable way, and answer all of my questions. What stood out most was his honesty—he provided a straightforward assessment without any pressure or unnecessary recommendations. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely wants to help homeowners make informed decisions. If you have any foundation concerns and want an honest, knowledgeable opinion, I highly recommend Jacob and his team. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall.

Our experience with Brian was amazing. He was very detailed and took his time to explain in depth what our options were and the reasoning behind needing certain types of repairs. He knew detailed answers to all of our questions.

Foundation issues can be scary. Brian took the time to thoroughly examine my house and property and explain what may be happening. Rather than jumping to some sort of work, he decided that coming back for another look in the fall would be best. I feel like I have the right team looking out for me.

Chris was great! Can't say enough about his professionalism and foundation knowledge. He kept me posted on his arrival. Once here, he let me know what he would be doing and what it entailed. Chris was extremely respectful of me and my property. My tile was buckling in one area, so I thought I might be expecting a big foundation repair job. After doing his diagnostic work, it turns out I have a plumbing leak. What a refreshing company and worker that didn't try to sell me foundation repairs that I did not need! Highly recommend Pinnacle Foundation Repair!!!

Mr. Weaver Barrett is the best.
Our Services
We service residential, commercial, and real estate customers in Dallas Fort Worth and surrounding cities.
Steel Pier
For this popular method, we interlock 12-inch steel pipes with a friction reduction plate and fill the pipes with cement to prevent the piers from failing. Steel piers can be driven up to 75 feet into the ground five times deeper than concrete cylinders. And because they can bear a higher load than any other foundation repair method, they re a permanent solution.
Steel transition pier
Struggling to choose between steel and concrete pier systems? Get the best of both worlds. Steel transition piers mix double-walled steel and high-strength concrete to provide a strong, stable foundation at a reasonable cost. Compared to a concrete pressed piling or a drilled pier, it reaches deeper into the ground, resting on the bedrock or very dense strata for greater stability.
Helical pier
These steel shafts with round helix plates screw into the ground as deep as a steel pier, until they reach enough kips, or measurements in force. With minimal ground disturbance and vibrations as well as quick installation, helical piers are ideal for tying back bowed walls, lifting fragile structures, and working with sandy soils. Not always suitable for clay soil in North Texas.
Drilled pier
Drilled piers are an ideal foundation repair solution for lightweight structures when vibrations from a hydraulic press could cause damage. We reinforce these 12- to 18-inch piers with rebar and a five-sack concrete mix. Because they only reach down to 12 feet into the ground, they re only ideal if their reached depth either surpasses or equates to that of steel or concrete piling.
Mud jacking
Mud jacking is a quick and affordable solution for evening your foundation and fix the floating slabs in your driveway, road, or pool. A mixture of screened topsoil and cement is injected beneath the slab through a two-inch drilled hole, lifting the slab from underneath. However, if the soil expands or contracts after the repairs, the structure will move.

Three generations of the foundation repair knowledge
The story that lead to the foundation of Pinnacle Foundation Repair started about 60 years ago when Robert Wade Brown, a structural engineer from Dallas, Texas, founded a foundation repair company in 1963.
Later, he became a nationally renowned expert in the industry, authoring six books on foundation repair methods that are used in the engineering courses in Texas colleges to this day.
