From the initial consultation, where Keith came out evaluate the extent of the foundation damage by measuring elevation points throughout the house, his use of subsurface radar and a very thorough visual examination of the homes interior and exterior, he was able to discern the areas where the foundation failed and why it failed. He provided us not only with an accurate estimate as to what it would cost to repair the foundation, but also what to expect during the process of the repair how long it would take. Marcos, the Operations Manager came back to the house with Keith a few days prior to the repairs and the two of them remeasured and rechecked all the key data points to ensure the accuracy of their repair plan. Really professionals at what they do! On morning of foundation repair work, Ruben the crew chief introduced himself to me and got to work managing over and assisting approximately a dozen very hard working guys who were also hard at it all around the outside perimeter and interior of the house. Communication!!!! Throughout the three days that it took to do the repair work, Marcos came over multiple times to check on the progress and let me know as to what’s going on. Keith followed up with me too. I never was left in the dark or had to wonder as to how things were progressing. The job took 31 piers that went down to approximately 33’ where they rest on bedrock which offers a far more permanent solution than having the piers pushed down a dozen or so feet and resting on clay. Could I have used companies that were cheaper? Yes, I could have and over the years, I have had friends who had done so and now regret it because either the repair solution, wasn’t correct or just poorly done. I truly believe that we got what we paid for and would highly recommend Pinnacle Foundation Repair.
