He was honest, professional and straight forward with area that needed foundation repair. He did not try to oversale, take advantage or waste my time. I was hesitant in calling because as you know foundation is expensive. However the price is reasonable, they offer financing with a third party. Im glad Jason was able to help me.

Pinnacle was very understanding of our concerns and our timeline. We felt they communicated with us about the concerns to be aware of in the future and preventative maintenance to keep future issues from arising. We were never pressured to purchase anything and explained when we should call them back for a reassessment.

​I recently had Brian ftom Pinnacle Foundation come out to evaluate a duplex I own, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. ​Foundation inspections on a duplex can be tricky when coordinating with tenants. We needed to get into the second unit to complete the inspection, but the tenant left us waiting outside for over 30 minutes. Instead of getting frustrated, rushing the job, or simply leaving, Brian was incredibly patient and professional. He waited the entire time just to ensure he could complete a thorough, full investigation of the property before writing up his estimate. ​Beyond his patience, Brian is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely nice. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and the estimate to me in a way that made sense. It is rare to find someone who feels so exceptionally honest and trustworthy in this industry. Brian was very thorough with his inspection and presentation. Everything was clear and informative. He had an answer for every question we have. We are not sure if we will be selecting Pinnacle to do the work as of right now, however, the estimate he provided makes a ton of sense. Things that we were thinking that made sense were brought to fruition within the estimate. They also include the plumbing inspection post lift in the pricing. The plumbing inspection and approval is required to activate the lifetime warranty for the steel piers. Pricing is a little higher than others but also their estimate makes more sense than others.

Brian came out to assess our foundation and gave us very clear and important information. He informed us about a warranty that we would want to use instead of trying to oversell us. Should we need anything to do with our foundation, I would absolutely use this company. An honest company.

I was preparing my house for sale and John Campbell with Pinnacle Foundation gave me a quote and gave me advice on how to proceed and he was available when I had questions or concerns.

After finding out I had issues with my home foundation, I did some research, received five estimates, and ultimately decided to do business with Pinnacle Foundation. The reason I chose them was that they use double tubing filled with concrete. The tubing system they use supports from the center of the column, not from the side. They never pushed for a sale and offered a very reasonable price. The crew was great and incredibly respectful. They did the job in a day and a half and made sure to have the area cleaned up and back to normal before they left. I am really happy with the result and I am glad I picked Pinnacle Foundation for the job! I would like to thank Mr. Roy, Mr. Arturo, Mr. Clint, and the rest of the crew for a job well done.
